It will not deliver meaningful value for teams whose support interactions resolve in a single session. The context engine’s value increases with the volume of past interactions, so early performance will be lower than long-term performance and should be factored into any evaluation timeline. Teams considering Horizon need a clear definition of which business outcomes they are optimizing for before deployment, since the outcome-based pricing model requires agreeing on what counts as success. Horizon is a new product and the outcome-pricing model has not yet been proven at scale across varied industries.
Linear Adds Status, Priority, and Labels to Initiatives

Guru Launches Operator Mode for Knowledge Agent Configuration

Teams that have not yet organized their Knowledge Agent skills will benefit from doing so before relying on Operator Mode as a debugging tool. Operator Mode sessions are private to the user running them; changes go live upon approval but there is no built-in peer review step. Teams with quality control requirements around knowledge base changes should add a manual review process outside of Operator Mode.
Maven AGI Launches Charters to Drive Revenue from Support Conversations

Pluno Launches Browser Extension for API-Direct Task Execution

Plain Launches Sidekick Home for AI-Powered Support Investigations
